• Property enquiry data — requirements submitted via the website, WhatsApp, or Engati chatbot.
• Usage data — pages visited, search queries, device info, IP address (via Google Analytics GA4).
• Documents — files you voluntarily upload to Rent Manager (agreements, photos, IDs).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To match you with suitable rental properties.
• To send rent reminders, expiry alerts, and lease notifications (email).
• To improve our website, search, and AI features.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Property owners or tenants — only the data necessary to facilitate a rental transaction.
• Service providers — hosting (Hostinger), email (SMTP), analytics (Google), payment (Razorpay).
• Law enforcement — if required by Indian law.

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access-controlled file storage. However, no system is 100% secure.
