Mahindra Lifespace Developers' posts ₹298.17 crore profit in FY26

Mahindra Lifespace Developers reported a net profit of Rs 298.17 crore for the 2025-26 financial year, a near-fivefold jump from Rs 61.35 crore a year earlier. The sharp gain was driven by strong residential pre-sales and improved project execution across its Mumbai and other market portfolios.

Pre-sales for the year rose about 21 per cent, with bookings crossing the Rs 3,400 crore mark and total residential and integrated-development sales touching roughly Rs 4,118 crore. The performance reflects sustained end-user demand in the mid and premium housing segments.

The developer also signalled an expanded growth runway through a partnership with Japan's Mitsui to scale future projects. The results underscore a broader recovery in listed real estate earnings as Mumbai Metropolitan Region absorption stays firm.
